Throughout his career, he has served as a Hotelier, Director of Food & Beverage, and Executive Chef at some of the nation’s leading full-service convention hotels and resorts within the luxury, lifestyle, and premium brand segments.

James is skilled in creating distinctive dining experiences and achieving business goals through innovative approaches. He thrives in high-volume settings, expertly managing shifting business demands, driving revenue growth, and nurturing leadership talent. Known for his ability to develop successful restaurant and bar concepts, lead complex renovation projects or financial planning and create strategic event productions, James has consistently exceeded business objectives, fulfilled asset owner expectations, and built strong vendor relationships.
